The JobArchive module adds a document management component to JobRouter. JobArchive allows you to create archives and to save documents (files) into those archives. Form elements and system steps allow to easily integrate JobArchive into processes. The form elements are used to display documents or result lists from the archive. While the system step allows operations like, e.g. archiving, changing of index values or deleting files. Archive views allow searching for documents and can be assigned to users using Job Functions. The JobArchive module includes the JobViewer module.
