Usually the subject of a JobRouter instance is automatically created by definition in the process properties. However, it is possible to manually set an alternative subject for the first step of an instance by entering the respective text in the summary column. This subject will be overwritten after the first step is send.
Please note: We recommend to always set the subject in the process properties and to not fill it in manually.
