This element displays a document or a result list in the DocuWare WebClient. A button shown on the form launches the DocuWare WebClient in a new window when clicked. The search can use up to five different index fields as search parameters.

Connection

Selection of the DocuWare connection. If no connection is selected yet, the default connection is used automatically.

Using a passphrase

Activates the encrypting of the URL used to access the WebClient using the DocuWare passphrase set in the configuration.

Search filter

The search filter consists of up to five index filters.

Every index can be assigned to a form field, a database field, or a fixed value. The filters will be connected with the AND Boolean operator.

Viewer: Document opened in display mode

Download: Save as dialog box displayed

Result List and Viewer: First the result list is shown. When an item is selected, the Viewer is launched.

You can always select a result list here. If none was selected, the DocuWare default result list will be used.

NTLM Authentication

The web client integration has to be started with the windows authentication.

DocuWare username:

Username of the permanently defined DocuWare user for the web client call-up (If not yet set in the configuration).

DocuWare password

Username DocuWare user for the web client call-up (If not yet set in the configuration).

Enabled in read only mode?

Button is active in display mode

Enabled after sending?

When a completed step is opened, the button is still active

Using a passphrase

Enables a DocuWare passphrase to be entered in order to encode the URL for the web client call-up.
