Using the JobPDF system activity

JobPDF is integrated into a process via the corresponding system activity. It includes the following features.

Filling out a word template

Every stored Word template containing Merge Fields is available as function. Those templates can be filled with data from an instance and subsequently stored.

PDF conversion

Split PDF: This function splits a PDF file into single page documents and provides those to the process.

PDF forms

Fill out PDF form: This function fills out an existing PDF form using data from the process.

Read PDF form: This function reads the contents of fields of a PDF form and provides those to the process.

Signatures

Sign PDF files: This function provides PDF files with a certificate-based digital signature and provides those to the process.
