The JobMind module extends JobRouter with the features of OCR recognition of documents as well as analysis of the extracted data. JobMind consists of the JobMind Head and JobMind BAU modules. JobMind Head is used to automatically recognize invoice header data such as invoice number, invoice date or also to identify the vendor. JobMind BAU is an additional module that is used in the construction sector. It includes an additional client that allows digitally editing and shortening of construction invoices.
This manual describes only the JobMind Head module. JobMind BAU is explained in a separate manual.
