Within each JobRouter installation there are default directories for saving the incident attachments, temporary files, outsourced scripts etc. The following functions allow accessing these default directories.
Please note: Do not code the paths to default directories into your PHP functions! Instead please exclusively use the functions mentioned in this section in order to access the default directories within self-programmed PHP functions. This is the only way to guarantee that processes can be executed in other JobRouter systems without causing errors.
