Here you can pass general data to the process table. The following types are available:

The e-mail address of the CC recipient. Several addresses can be separated by a semicolon. |
Recipient name |
The recipient's name will be written into the chosen field. |
CC-Recipient name |
The name of the CC recipient. Several names can be separated by a semicolon. |
Sending time |
The point in time the e-mail was dispatched is written into the chosen field. |
Reception time |
The point in time the e-mail arrived in the inbox is written into the chosen field. |
IMAP folder name |
The name of the current subfolder of the inbox. |
IMAP folder path |
The path to the current subfolder of the inbox. |
Subject |
The subject of the e-mail will be handed over to a chosen field. |
Message |
The e-mail text is written into a field. |
Message as HTML |
Message in HTML format |
Message as HTML (alternatively as text) |
Message in HTML format. In case there is no HTML available, the message is handed over in text format. |
All attachments zipped |
All attachments of an e-mail are zipped and written into the chosen field in this format. |
Raw e-mail message |
The message will be attached to the process as a file. |
Fixed value |
Enter a fixed value into the field Value. |
