Click on Test to automatically set the Web integration URL (if the connection settings were set correctly in the General tab). JobRouter uses this URL to communicate with the DocuWare web client. In case changes are necessary, the URL can be edited.

URL validity period

Optionally the validity period of further DocuWare URLs generated on basis of the URL used for the Platform Servicess can be set. If this value is set, URLs generated in JobRouter (DocuWare-Show-Document form elements) will only be valid for the entered period of time.

In addition to general settings, a default login can be set for the web client connection. It is used for the authentication. The advantage of this is that the user is not forced to log into the web client himself and the connection settings don't have to be adjusted for every single DocuWare element. Enter an optional passphrase to have the URL string encoded, which means that the individual URL parameters are no longer visible to the users.

Username

In case the documents are not to be accessible by NTLM or guest login, you can enter a default user for the DocuWare login.

Password

Password for the DocuWare user.

Passphrase

Enter the DocuWare passphrase for the connection, provided that it has been defined in DocuWare.
