JobMind Cloud
In der Konfiguration von JobMind werden nun die laufende Analyseaufträge aufgelistet. Zusätzlich dazu wird das verfügbare Volumen von Seiten bzw. Dokumenten im Admin Monitor angezeigt (lizenzabhängig). Ist das Volumen verbraucht erscheint eine Warnung im Admin Monitor und bei der Anmeldung von Benutzern mit Konfigurationsrecht.

JobMind Cloud
It is now possible to transfer vendor and recipient data to the JobMind Cloud. The status of the synchronisation is displayed in the JobMind configuration menu and in the Admin Monitor.
JobMind Cloud Analysis
JobMind Cloud Analysis allows you to send invoice documents to JobMind Cloud for analysis. After successful analysis of an invoice, the extracted results can be loaded back into process table and subtable fields.
In release 5.1.9, additional output parameters and an optional input parameter for skipping the verification step have been added to the JobMind Cloud Analysis.

New directory for the OCR component
The OCR component (ABBYY FineReader Engine) was reverted in an own setup JobRouterOCR and is now installed in the file ABBYY SDK in the JobRouter server directory. So it is possible to update the JobMind server component without the need to update the whole OCR.
The OCR path is specified in the general settings of the JobRouter configuration. It will be filled automatically during the update and the patch.
Please note: If you run an update on 3.9 and JobMind is installed already, you should not reinstall the OCR component, as otherwise the ABBYY license will be deactivated and has to be activated again. Though this is not possible for partner or test licenses.
In this case, only update the JobMind Head component by unzipping the Zip file JobMindUpdate.zip and copying the files contained into the JobMind Head directory.
If you want to install the new OCR anyhow, first disable the license in the ABBYY license manager and then uninstall JobMind Head. Afterwards you can install JobMind and JobRouterOCR newly and insert the license key.
