The vendor recognition and matching requires vendor master data to compare the data. For this, the table JRJOBMINDVENDORDATA is used in JobRouter that has to be filled with your vendor master data.
Similar for the recipient recognition, the recipients have to be first entered into the table JRJOBMINDRECIPIENTS, allowing JobMind to match the data.
Both tables have to be filled by you. This can be done with either manual DB-entries or scripts, but also with functions of the JobMind Head system activity. Both tables and the necessary data are described below.
