Process Designer

You can change the rights of process owners at any time. Activate or deactivate the corresponding checkbox and click Save.

The following rights can be set for a user or Job Function that is process owner:

Canceling a Step

This right allows the process owner to cancel steps in the step overview.

Deleting a Step

Allows the process owner to delete steps in the step and instance overview.

Assigning a Step

Allows the process owner to assign steps in the step overview to other users and Job Functions.

Reactivating a Step

Allows the process owner to reactivate erroneous, canceled or closed steps.

Editing a Deadline

The completion time can be changed in the step and instance overviews.

Process info

This right allows the process owner to edit the process info texts of a process. A button to edit it will be visible below the process info text.

Modifying a process

This right allows access to the process in the process menu. The process owner can start the process designer to modify the process. He can also create new versions of the process. He has no access to other processes.

Exporting an Instance

This right allows the process owner to export instances in the instance overview as XML or Zip file. Those instances can then be imported into another system.

Reimport instance from archive

This right allows the process owner to reimport an instance that was moved into an archive database using the JobShift module.
