In the Details tab, you can configure the following properties for your inbox.

Label |
•Give a name to the inbox. •The name appears in the JobRouter user navigation and as a title to the inbox. •If your process is multi-lingual, you can provide labels in multiple languages. |
Category |
•The inbox will be assigned to the selected category in the category view. Is no category set here, the category of the process will be used. |
Job Function |
Choose the Job Function whose members should see the inbox. |
Active |
Check the box to enable the inbox and make it visible in the JobRouter navigation menu. |
Type |
Choose if a user should be able to see all steps allocated to a Job Function (inbox) or only the steps that have personally been assigned (queue inbox). |
Status |
Specify which steps of an incident will be shown in the inbox: •All Active: All steps currently being processed. •All Edited: All steps previously processed. •All Completed: All steps that have ended an instance. •All: All steps •Substitution: Steps received as a substitute •Postponed: Steps that are postponed |
Show all instances |
•Check this box when the user should see all tasks of the process. By default, the user sees only those tasks assigned to him directly as well as indirectly via Job Functions. •Use this function for overview lists. |
Edit Steps |
•Activating this action allows all users with access to the inbox to edit steps that have not yet been processed or completed (e.g. also saved and reserved steps). •This option is only available, if the option Show All Instances is active. |
Limit step numbers |
•Limit the steps that appear in the inbox. •Use a comma-separated list to enter the numbers of the steps to be shown. •By default, all steps will be shown. |
Limit result count |
Limit the number of tasks shown in the inbox by entering that number. |
Allows the user to get a printable version of the marked entries in the inbox. |

Full screen |
Opens the inbox in full-width mode within the browser window and hides the JobRouter navigation menu on the left side. The user will be able to see wide boxes without scrolling horizontally. |
Subdirectory |
•Select this option to display in the inbox in the JobRouter navigation menus as a subdirectory of General, or, if selected, the process category. •If the option is not activated, the inbox will be displayed on the highest level of the JobRouter navigation menu. |
Show Instances in Inbox |
•When this is enabled, all tasks of this process will also appear in the standard JobRouter inbox. •If the option is not activated, no instances of the process will be displayed in the default inbox of JobRouter. Rather, they will appear only in the inboxes you have created.

Please note: The following behavior must be taken into account if you have defined several process inboxes for the same step that differ only by filters:
You must activate the option Show Instances in Inbox for all process inboxes, so that the filtered steps are also visible in the standard JobRouter inbox, otherwise no steps will be shown in the standard JobRouter inbox.
When you have made all the entries, click the next tab, Actions.
