Select any number of index fields you want to use for the document. |
File to archive |
Select the file you want to archive from the attachment field or a file path. A absolute path must be passed for a file path. |
Delete original file |
If you activate this option, the original file is deleted in the file system and in the process table of the operation. It is still available in the archive. Please note: This functionality is only available if you archive documents of data type Attachment. |
Previous revision |
Optional: Select a prior version of the document you want to archive to create a new version. Please note: All document files are replaced with the new file. |
Delete date |
Enter a fixed deletion date on which the archived document is to be deleted. |
Export path |
Enter the full path you want to export the document to. |

This return field contains the complete path to the exported file. |

The index fields of the selected document can be returned to the process. |
