Select archive

Select an existing archive.

Subtable

If you select a fixed process subtable, only it can be used for the following parameters.

Select form

If you want to archive or clip a PDF log, you have to select the form that is to be archived.

Maximum amount

Select the maximum number of hits that are to be processed.

Include annotations

In the function PDF export you can select if the annotations from JobViewer 2 shall be integrated in the exported PDF.

Search filter

The filter function can be used to limit the number of hits.

Index

Select any number of index fields you want to use for the document.

File to archive

Select the file you want to archive from the attachment field or a file path. A absolute path must be passed for a file path.

Delete original file

If you activate this option, the original file is deleted in the file system and in the process table of the operation. It is still available in the archive.

Please note: This functionality is only available if you archive documents of data type Attachment.

Previous revision

Optional: Select a prior version of the document you want to archive to create a new version.

Please note: All document files are replaced with the new file.

Delete date

Enter a fixed deletion date on which the archived document is to be deleted.

Export path

Enter the full path you want to export the document to.
 
Please note: If the location where you are exporting the file already contains a file with the same name, then a new file is created with a suffix (like filename(1).extension).

Return code

If an error occurs, the return code -1 will be written into the selected field.

Error message

If an error occurs, the error message generated by the system activity will be written into the selected field.

JobArchive ID

The JobArchive ID assigned to the newly archived document will be written here. This ID is unique on this system.

File to export

This return field contains the complete path to the exported file.

Process Mapping Fields

The index fields of the selected document can be returned to the process.
