This element is used to display JobArchive documents. Up to five index fields can be searched.

Apply archive profiles |
If this option is enabled, it will also be checked while opening of documents if the current user has access to these documents via an archive profile. When opening result lists, only the hits complying with the filter set in the archive profile are displayed. |
Enable download |
Allow the user to download the document, if an option with a result list was chosen. |
Allow annotations in JobViewer |
If this option is enabled, it is possible to add annotations to the document. If it is not activated, annotations can be viewed, but not edited or added. |

To define the search filter, select an index field from the archive for each filter.
Then select the needed logical operator. I.e. <= for a less or equal to comparison.
Please note: When using the comparison operator LIKE, you must use database wildcards (e. g. %). A corresponding note is recommended for the user, especially for values from form elements.
In the Type list you can select the source of the value you want to compare. The following types are available:
•Process table: The value can be found in a process table field. You can select a process table field.
•Form: The value can be found in a form field. You can select a form field.
•Fixed Value: A fixed value can be entered in an input field.
