You can use JobRouter system variables in various places in your process, such as in forms or rules. They contain information like date and time as well as information about the current instance, the initiator, or the instance number.
Form Element Properties
If applicable, you can use the variables in a text box to display the current date or even the name of the current user. Enter the corresponding variable name in square brackets into the default value field of the Element properties.
