If you assign a step as proxy for the Job Function, it will be passed on to all members of this Job Function. |
Transparency |
If you have approved a Job Function for transparent processing, all members of the Job Function see the processed steps in the flow. |
User assignment |
Add the users to be assigned to the Job Function. |
