You can model your process with any number of steps which can be executed either consecutively or in parallel. You assign a form to every user step. Forms are interfaces for the users.
You can define the steps either in Flowchart Editor (See chapter Flowchart editor) or in a table. If you use Flowchart Editor, the steps will be displayed automatically in the tabular overview along with all properties, and vice versa: if you create your steps in a table, they will appear automatically in the process map.
