The DocuWare module includes a system action which allows several DocuWare actions to be executed from a JobRouter process. Using JobRouter Process Designer, this system activity can be incorporated anywhere in a process. The advantage of a system activity over rules is that the process continues running only after the DocuWare action successfully completes. This helps prevent inconsistencies between the two systems. Moreover, certain data can be returned to the process, such as a DocuWare document ID (DWDocID) that results from an archive operation.
