First select one of the following actions in the Edit DocuWare System Activity menu:

Re-index document
Alter a DocuWare document's index data.

Archive document
Archive a document attached to the JobRouter instance.

Archive PDF log
Export a history log of a JobRouter Form in PDF format, and archive the resulting PDF file in DocuWare.

Export document as attachment
Export a DocuWare document into a JobRouter attachment field.
The system-wide list of forbidden or allowed file extensions is taken into account. This only applies to connections via DocuWare Platform Services, not via GAPI

Export document to directory
Export a DocuWare document into a directory specified as a path.

Attach attachment to document
Copy a document attached to a JobRouter Instance and attaches it to an existing DocuWare document.

Attach PDF to document
Export a history log of a JobRouter Form in PDF format, and attach the resulting PDF file to an existing DocuWare document.

Delete document
Delete a DocuWare document.

Read index data
Read a DocuWare document's index data, and write this data into the JobRouter process table or subtables.

Copy document
Copy a document within an archive or between two archives.

Move document
Move a document within an archive or between two archives.
