After the appropriate JobSAP BAPI module was selected in the list of functions, the individual tabs can be used for further configuration.
The respective web service connection that was stored in the JobSAP BAPI module configuration can be selected in the General Settings tab. You can also select a JobRouter user whose SAP login data is used to connect to the SAP Web service.
Please note: If no login data was stored or the data is invalid, the step falls into error status.
Please note: The SAP user needs additional rights for the communication to the SAP web service
The Input Parameter tab is used to link individual SAP fields and items fields to the data read by JobRouter. For these fields, a tooltip can be stored in the JobSAP BAPI XML file with the attribute description.
Please note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
The Output Parameter tab is used to link individual SAP fields to JobRouter table fields. For these fields, a tooltip can be stored in the JobSAP BAPI XML file with the attribute description. If successful, a 1 will be returned as return code, if not, -1.
Please note: For some modules, output list fields can be linked to subtables or subtable views.
