The JobSAP BAPI modules can be used as system activities or form elements. They are read from the JobRouter directory ..\modules\jobsapbapi\bapi and displayed as individual functions in the corresponding selection lists.
The following graphic describes a typical process flow using the modules. First, this process reads invoice data and archives the invoice in the JobRouter archive. Subsequently, the invoice is transferred to the SAP system using the Park document and Link document functions of the JobSAP BAPI system activity.
In the last step, the invoice data is verified and can be updated or deleted in the SAP system using a JobSAP BAPI form element.
