You can use this function to perform the following actions:
•Merge a PDF file from the process table with annotations and export.
•Convert a file from the process table to PDF, optionally merge with annotations and export.
•Merge individual PDF files from a subtable into one PDF file, optionally merge with annotations and export.
•Convert individual files from a subtable into PDF, merge them into one PDF file, optionally merge with annotations and export.
The following file types are supported: PDF files, Microsoft Office files (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), text files, image files (BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG and TIFF) and e-mail files (EML and MSG). Page rotations made in JobViewer 2 are into account. If the option With annotations is selected, the annotations included in JobViewer 2 will be appended.
Please note: When converting e-mail files (.eml, .msg), only their header data, subject and the text are taken into account. The attachments will not be extracted and only their names will be listed.
