Select this function to analyze invoice documents in the JobMind Cloud.
The analysis consists of the following steps:
First, the invoice document is sent to the JobMind Cloud and then to the Smart Cloud of the company Insiders Technologies GmbH, where the analysis is performed.
Depending on the chosen configuration, the analysis results must then be inspected and, if necessary, corrected or completed manually in the Verifier application of the Smart Cloud. Simultaneously the system learns, which improves the identification quality for future documents.
When the verification is finished, the analysis data is automatically fetched and sent back to the JobRouter instance.
Please note: For using the Smart Cloud a corresponding access is required. The login credentials are provided by the JobRouter AG. Your external IP address is needed as well, as it must be added to the Smart Cloud allow list. Furthermore, it is essential to train your employees in the use of the Verifier application.
