The integration of JobMind Head into a process is done via the JobMind Head system activity. It can be integrated into any process and contains the following features:
•Read head data
The head data and the vendor of the invoice can be read and written into process table and subtable fields.
•Execute extension
This allows you to execute project-specific extensions without executing the invoice analysis.
•Import vendor data
This function can be used to write entries into the table JRJOBMINDVENDORDATA. The entries can be read from a subtable.
•Import recipient data
This function can be used to write entries into the table JRJOBMINDRECIPIENTS. The entries can be read from a subtable.
•Refresh vendor and recipient cache
Execute this function to refresh the vendor and recipient cache after the master data changed.
•JobMind Cloud Analyse
Mit dieser Funktion können Sie Rechnungsdokumente an JobMind Cloud Analyse übermitteln. Nach der erfolgreichen Analyse einer Rechnung können die Extraktionsergebnisse in Prozesstabellen- und Untertabellenfelder zurückgelesen werden.
