Envelope ID |
The unambiguous ID of the envelope or signature operation order, as it was returned from the "Send document" function. This can be used to retrieve the envelope in the Manage envelopes menu subsequently, to view the process status of a signature operation order, or to download the signed documents.
The ID can have e.g. the following format: aae748e9-0b7b-4e95-83e0-e6cf5971eb61 |
Document ID |
Here a unique eSignAynwhere ID is returned for a document of the envelope. This is useful if several documents are signed at once. Sub-table can be selected as resource here. |
Link for the signer |
The unambiguous Link to the document for the indicated signature. The link is only returned, if the signer is an internal recipient or if the automated e-mail from eSignAnyWhere was disabled for the external recipient. In these cases the link has to be rewritten in the process table. |
