SMASHDOCs document user rights are governed through four different user roles. The rights are built upon each other. So, for example, an Editor has all rights a Commenter has, plus additional rights. The requested user role Configuration can be performed in the form element.
Reader
Users with this role have only the possibility to view documents and comments and to create bookmarks.
Commenter
A Commenter can create new questions and participate in conversations.
Editor
The Editor can create and edit document contents.
Approver
The Approver decides about document changes, he can release or decline them.
Pleas note: If you determine the roles via a process or subtable in the dialog element, please be sure to use the English expressions (reader, commenter, editor and approver).
