JobMail, the JobRouter e-mail interface, sends e-mail messages to an SMTP server. e-mails can be created dynamically by JobRouter. For example, e-mails are sent automatically by JobRouter as notification for new steps or as information on escalations to users and Job Functions or their substitutes. You may edit e-mail message bodies using a tool in the General Settings under Configuration (see chapter e-mail Messages). Learn more about installing JobMail in the JobRouter Installation Manual.
