The JobShift add-on module lets you archive instances before they are deleted. The instances are archived in a separate database. This allows keeping the JobRouter database slim. Process owners can find and reimport archived instances at any time.
Please note: All changes to process tables and subtables are automatically synchronized with the instance archive by JobShift. But situations might arise, in which manually correcting the archive database might be necessary, for example, if a column is deleted and later recreated with the same name, but different data type. The affected columns of the process table or subtable and the corresponding entries in the JRFIELDPROPERTIES have to be adjusted accordingly.
