To accelerate the analysis of invoices and increase the quality of the results, the vendor and recipient master data will be prepared for the analysis and transferred to a cache. Vendors and recipients can only be identified if they exist in the cache. The cache is regularly recreated for this reason. The interval can be defined in the module settings. If nothing is defined, the cache will be recreated every hour.
The cache has to be recreated after importing new master data into the JobRouter tables or adding new master data to an external reference table. This can be controlled using the Refresh vendor and recipient cache function.
If you import vendor data using the Import vendor data function, the cache will be automatically recreated.
As alternative, the cache can be recreated for each execution of the Read head data function. In case of a high amount of master data, this might take some time.
