With the Office Add-in it is possible to store documents with index data directly in a JobRouter archive. In order for this to be possible, an Office Add-in storage mask must first be configured.

Under Configuration-> Modules-> Office Add-in you can set up the archive storage masks so that documents can be stored and indexed in an archive via the Office Add-in. For this action, the storage right must be configured in the archive profiles.

Please note: The menu is only available if there is also a JobRouter archive and an archive licence.
