You may define which e-mail message elements have to be monitored to initiate a process in the search filter section. In this case, only an e-mail message having element(s) matching the specified search criteria will initiate the process when the message arrives in the monitored inbox. For example, if you configure a filter for New Invoice in the Filter on the subject field, the process will only be initiated by an arriving e-mail with New Invoice in the subject line. If you leave the filter fields blank, then any e-mail message arriving for that account will initiate the process.
When defining the filter, you can use "*" as wildcard. See the following examples.
