Process owners monitor and control steps and instances in JobRouter. You can assign different rights to different users or Job Functions using the process management. Those rights allow the users to perform different actions, e.g. assign or delete steps or export instances. If you set a user or Job Function as owner of a process, he or the members will get access to the admin tools Steps Overview and Instance Overview. Access the following tools via the JobRouter navigation menu Admin Tools.
If your JobRouter contains the additional module JobData, this chapter contains also the menu item Manage Tables. To use this, it is necessary that the user was granted the right of the same name.
