Instances that have been imported into a JobShift archive can be reimported into JobRouter.
Please note: Therefore the right Reimport instance from archive -> Manage responsible persons is required.
First select the desired process from which the instance should be reimported from the Instance overview. Activate the filter function. Select JobShift archive in the Instance archive and click Activate filter.
Mark the desired instance in the search result by ticking the respective field. Then click Import from archive in the Perform action menu.
A window containing the valid instance is popping up. Click Import and close the window.
If you now disable the JobShift archive under Instance archive dropdown list, the instance will be displayed again in JobRouter.
Archive reimported instances
If reimported instances should be shifted into a JobShift archive again, the columns [reactivated] and [reactivate_date] aof the JRINCIDENT table have to be set back to ZERO. This has to be done manually and directly in the database.
The next time JobShift is run, these instances are newly archived in the JobShift archive.
Please note: Forms cannot be opened or displayed in archived instances and steps.
