Use the JobRouter Designer to create six different types of steps via the the Edit step mask. In the following the step types are listed.

User step |
•A user step is a step that contains a form. |
Start step |
•When you define the first user step in the process, it is automatically designated as a start step. •The start step appears in JobRouter's start box for the user or Job Function members. |
System action |
•This step contains no form and will be automatically executed without being seen by the user. |
Decision |
•A decision has only one rule and no form. |
Parallelization start |
•The parallelization step is at the beginning of a instance. •Parallelization start steps can have rules, but no forms. |
Parallelization end |
•Use this step to merge the parallelization steps. How to create and merge parallelization steps read chapter Parallelism. •You can define rules but not attach forms as for the parallelization start step. |
