Rights

Rights management

Here, you can select if the rights management is handled on user level or user profile level.

If the option On user level is selected, user rights can be assigned to every individual user via the edit user menu (see chapter Assigning Passwords and User Rights).

If the option on user profile level is selected, user rights can be set for each user profile in the edit user profile menu (see chapter Managing User Rights).

Standard User Profile

•Define the default user profile JobRouter shall use.

•The profile is displayed as presetting in the User Management menu (See chapter Create and Edit Users).

Please refer to the chapter Manage User Profiles to setup a user profile.

Supervisor

Here you can define, if user or Job Function should be available when selecting a supervisor in JobRouter.

Advanced

JobRouter Passphrase

JobRouter uses the passphrase to create URLs for calling up different menus (e.g. the process details).

If you want to create your own URL call ups from applications or scripts to JobRouter, it is important to know the passphrase. In this case,  change the passphrase in this form.

Please note: When you change the passphrase, the links to process details within previously sent e-mails will not work any more, since they were created based on the old passphrase.

Prevent integration in Iframe

The option Prevent integration in Iframe is available in the security settings of the JobRouter configuration.

After activating this option, JobRouter can no longer be integrated into Iframes of external domains.

Error messages

Here you can choose between Show error details to administrators and process designers only and Show error details to all users.

This allows hiding details of security relevant error messages from JobRouter users without admin rights.
